"I have only had it for a few days and so far it is great, having the 4 motions and being able to combine them with a great speed control makes this a great machine. The remote is a must for this old guy and the speed adjustments are great. I need to use it for a couple of weeks to see a difference in how I feel physically."

Please before starting to use it be aware of things like if you suffer from pain on shoulders, hips or migraines it is recommended you use this plate sitting on a chair and start on the lowest setting. It is great to use and it really helps with muscle pain"
"I've had a couple of days so I have only used it twice. It's easy to use, a bit heavier than I expected, but it has wheels to help move it from one room to another. The only suggestion I would make at this point is to improve the handle for moving it. I have to bend way over and drag it backward to it's pretty awkward to move. That's it! I'll know more about the effectiveness after several months."

"We purchased this to help with lymphatic drainage, but we've all been using it and seeing benefits. My adult daughter was recently diagnosed with primary lymphedema. We researched some at home treatment options and although this was one of the pricier models we selected it because it had so many options. You can vary the time, movements and intensity which is great as some days she needs gentle vibrations, other days she can tolerate more. It helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage. The physical therapist she sees for lymphatic massage suggested a vibration plate and took her in another room to show her some exercises that would specifically help with lymphatic drainage, the therapist had the exact same model we had already purchased!
